Role Overview
As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you’ll play a key role in helping us grow our user base and build our brand presence. You’ll work directly with the founding team to experiment with go-to-market strategies, drive outreach, and create content that resonates with startups and hiring managers.

What You’ll Do
  1. Lead Generation & Outreach
  2. Research and identify potential customers (startups, SMEs, hiring managers).
  3. Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  4. Manage and update the CRM with prospects and leads.
  5. Marketing & Content
  6. Assist in creating engaging content (social posts, blogs, newsletters).
  7. Support SEO efforts and help analyze website traffic.
  8. Contribute to community-building on platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter.
  9. Market Research
  10. Analyze competitors and hiring trends.
  11. Gather insights from potential users to improve positioning.
  12. Collaboration
  13. Work closely with the founder to refine sales pitches and marketing strategies.
  14. Experiment with different messaging and report on performance.
What We’re Looking For
  1. Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  2. Interest in sales, marketing, or startups (prior experience is a plus, not required).
  3. Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and basic CRMs (we’ll guide you).
  4. Creative thinker with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  5. Analytical mindset with curiosity to test and learn.
