Role Overview
We are hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and manage glexica’s business operations, partnerships, and strategic execution. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and operational skills, entrepreneurial drive and experience in managing cross-functional initiatives in high-growth environments.
As the COO, you will design and implement scalable processes, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive strategic growth initiatives. You will also help define and execute the company’s long-term strategy, ensuring operational excellence as glexica scales.
Qualifications and Experience
Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or institute.
Professional Background:
Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
Management Consulting
Venture Capital / Private Equity
Founder’s Office or Strategy roles
Non-technical roles in startups (operations, growth, partnerships, etc.)
Additional Requirements:
Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi-NCR.
Willing to commit full-time and join as a founding team member.
Strong execution mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
