Welcome to Glexica! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Glexica website at https://glexica.com (“Website”) and the services provided by Glexica. By using our Website and services, you agree to these Terms.

The Terms & Conditions as described here constitute a legally binding contract for customers of Glexica's products and/or services. If you do not agree with any of these terms or are not in a position to meet them, then you are expressly prohibited from using any of our products and services and you must discontinue their use immediately.

  1. Definitions

    Customer: means any organization or individual provided with login credentials to access Glexica or who avails any other service offered by Glexica.

    User: means anyone having an account for Glexica. A user must be at least 18 years of age.

    Agreement: means this agreement between the customer and Glexica comprising of the terms & conditions stated here.

  2. Description of Glexica

    Glexica is a system designed to help you recruit the right people to build your company. The service is intended to be used solely for your company’s hiring needs.

  3. License and Service Usage Rights

    When you purchase a subscription to Glexica, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our services for your company’s hiring purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise make our services available to third parties. Any redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or use outside this scope is strictly prohibited.

  4. Prohibited or Unauthorized Use

    You will not use your account access in any way that is contrary to these terms and conditions or in any way that is unlawful or unauthorized or do anything that compromises the stability, security or smooth functioning of our systems. You also undertake not to infringe upon anyone's intellectual property rights. We may suspend access of any user or customer without notice in case we find a violation of any of the terms of this agreement.

  5. No Guarantee of Hiring Outcomes

    Glexica provides tools and services to assist and streamline recruitment, but we do not guarantee that use of our services will result in the successful hiring of candidates, the suitability of candidates for your company, or any specific outcomes. You are solely responsible for your hiring decisions and any consequences arising from them.

  6. User Data and Privacy

    We collect and store user data, including name, email, company name, and payment information, as necessary to provide our services. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://glexica.com/privacy-policy.

  7. Data Deletion Policy

    In case of expired or cancelled paid subscriptions, the data may be deleted after 15 days for subscriptions with terms of less than 6 months; and after 30 days in case of subscriptions having terms of 6 months or more. We may opt to retain the data for an additional duration at our discretion so that customers are able to resume their working later in case they opt to re-start or buy a new subscription.

  8. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Glexica if you use the service for purposes other than hiring for your own company, or if you violate these Terms in any way. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. No refunds will be provided, and any unused subscription period will be forfeited.

  9. Intellectual Property and Ownership

    We retain ownership and all intellectual property rights to our products and services, including software, systems, processes, designs, user interfaces, images, videos, web pages, multimedia content, code, logos, and trademarks. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you or any third party. You agree not to distribute, copy, reverse engineer, imitate, modify, or misuse any part of Glexica’s products or services. Any violation may make you liable for damages, legal costs, and other remedies as determined by us, and may also result in legal proceedings under applicable laws.

  10. Service Availability

    Glexica aims to provide reliable access to its services, but we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation. Service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, upgrades, or due to technical issues beyond our control. You agree that Glexica shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by any temporary unavailability or disruption of the service.

  11. Customer Content

    You are solely responsible for all content that you submit, upload, or post through Glexica, including job postings, candidate information, or other materials (“Customer Content”). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any law. Glexica may, but is not obligated to, monitor, review, or remove any Customer Content that we deem inappropriate, illegal, or in violation of these Terms. We do not endorse, verify, or assume any liability for Customer Content, and you agree that Glexica shall not be responsible for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your or other users’ content.

  12. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

    Glexica provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues that arise from your use of the Website or services.

    You agree to indemnify us (including our affiliates, partners and vendors) against all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and interest thereon, arising from any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or services to be performed by you to anyone pursuant to this agreement. The Company, its Directors, employees, sub-contractors, vendors & agents shall not be responsible for any costs, losses, damages, disruptions, claims etc. suffered or claimed by any customer or user or by any third party. Our maximum aggregate liability for all purposes shall be limited to the amount paid to us by the customer in the preceding 1 month (exclusive of taxes).

  13. Payments & Refunds

    Refunds are only available in limited circumstances. If a job posting has already received applicants or if any AI-driven services, such as AI interviews, have been used, no refunds will be issued. In other cases, a full refund may be requested within seven (7) days of purchase, provided no restricted usage has occurred. After seven (7) days of purchase, no refunds will be issued. Refund requests must be submitted to us at info@glexica.com.

  14. Security and Privacy

    We do not store any financial credentials, bank details or card account numbers of customers / users in our systems and we shall not be responsible for any matter related to those. You acknowledge that our systems are not designed for collecting, processing or storing sensitive financial information.

    We provide secure and encrypted access to all our products and services using well established security mechanisms and utilize high standards of data security. At the same time, we will not be responsible or liable for any losses or claims regarding any disruptions, data loss, or disclosures of information which is not caused by deliberate actions from our side.

  15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All legal proceedings shall be in New Delhi and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

  16. Miscellaneous

    Severability: In the event that any part of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful or otherwise unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent possible.

    Marketing: You agree that we may refer to you as a customer and display your public logo or trademark in the context of it being our past/present customer.

    Notices: Any notice under this Agreement shall be in writing and delivered by registered post or by email to the registered email address of the other party.

    Survival: Clauses which by their nature are relevant beyond the subscription duration shall survive the termination of the agreement. These include clauses related to Intellectual Property, Indemnification and Limitation of Liability, and Dispute Resolution.

  17. Updates to the Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Website and services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
